Exercise Class

We have a vibrant Fitness program at the Echo Centre with something for everyone. Classes offered include: High Mobility, Low Mobility, Gentle Movement, and Stretch and Tone. Our instructors are certified with Western University’s Activity and Aging Program.

There is an emphasis on keeping fit as we age, and having fun while we’re doing it. Come out and join us!

Tai Chi

Tai Chi is a gentle exercise class offered at the Echo Centre which promotes muscle strength, flexibility, balance, and aerobic conditioning. This exercise class is great for people of all strengths as it is a low-impact exercise. All our welcome to come out and join in this mind- body exercise! This class is offered every Tuesday at 10am at the Echo Centre.

Zumba

Zumba is another wonderful exercise class offered at the Echo Centre. Zumba promotes aerobic exercise while incorporating dance to add enjoyment to the exercise. This is fun way to exercise with lovely people! All new-comers are welcome and encouraged. Contact the office for dates and times of classes!
