Dear Clients:

The Echo Centre is pleased to provide you with door-to-door transportation.  Services are provided by volunteer drivers using their own personal vehicle or staff drivers using an agency vehicle for clients to attend non urgent medical appointments, grocery shopping, banking, and personal errands. There is a fee for this service based on distance to your appointment, how many stops there are and any parking fees. You are responsible for parking costs. The transportation coordinator will discuss payment for the service. 

We kindly ask that you give a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to allow us time to find a driver to provide transportation. We understand that may not always be possible and while we will do our best with last-minute requests, we cannot guarantee availability without sufficient notice. Office hours are Monday to Friday 9:30am to 4:00pm you can also email info@eganvilleseniors.com

 Please Note: Clients are to reimburse volunteer drivers for the use of their vehicle. For local trips under five kilometers, clients reimburse the drivers $7.00 with $1.00 for each additional stop, plus any expenses incurred, unless the client requires a subsidy. When a trip is over five kilometers, the client reimburses the driver using the pre-arranged rates, with $5.00 for additional stop, plus any expenses incurred, unless the client requires a subsidy.
